  • The E-gift card is redeemable at online and offline Bagline stores, within India. 
  • The E-Gift card is emailed to the recipient within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The E-Gift card doesn’t come in a physical format. 
  • In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the e-gift card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer. 
  • No refunds / credit notes shall be issued for unused parts of the E-Gift card.
  • Protect the E-Gift card number to avoid misuse. 
  • Bagline shall not assume any liability in case the E-gift card gets stolen/compromised, Bagline shall neither replace the E-Gift Card nor refund cash.
  • Once issued, E-Gift Card cannot be canceled or blocked.
  • Rs.199 shipping charges applicable on redemption of HDFC x BAGLINE vouchers.
  • Bagline reserves the right to alter any / all the terms and conditions of this E-Gift card any time without prior notice.
  • Online offers and promotions can be redeemed only at bagline.com and are not redeemable on other retail outlets or any other websites.
  • No coupon code or Discount offer can be modified once applied. 
  • Coupon Codes / Discount offers are non-transferable.
  • No two offers or coupon codes can be used in conjunction with other offers. 
  • If your code is lost or stolen it will not be reissued. 
  • All coupon codes have no physical value or any currency value and hence can’t be exchanged for any value.
  • All offers are conditional and for a limited period only.
  • Disputes, if any, are subject to Indore Jurisdiction.
  • All vouchers are applicable only for single time use per customer.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not applicable on Masks and Orders having Freebie.
  • GST Invoice available on request for orders above 25000/- 
  • Refunds are not available for high-value products.

BAGLINE – End of Season Sale (EOSS) Terms & Conditions

EOSS is valid for a limited period only, as communicated by BAGLINE through its official channels.

No other offers, discounts, promotions, or coupon codes can be clubbed with the EOSS offers.

BAGLINE Select Reward Points will not be redeemable during the EOSS period.

Product availability is subject to stock and may vary by store and location.

Exchange and return policies during EOSS may differ from regular periods and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

BAGLINE reserves the right to modify or withdraw any part of the sale without prior notice.

In case of any dispute or grievance, the decision of the store and BAGLINE management will be final and binding.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
