VALIDATION ESSENTIALS: -
1. Have the original copy of the invoice, receipts and order ID

FREE RETURNS:-
We set up an easy pick-up for the product you want to return at zero cost! Yes, we don’t deduct any money from your refund process or ask you to pay for the pickup.
REFUND PROCESS:-
As soon as the delivery driver picks up the product, we initiate your refund request. The money is refunded to your linked bank account directly within 10-12 working days.
In case of COD payments, we ask you to assist us with your bank details, to initiate the refund process within 10-12 working days. The shipping charges of Rs. 199/- applicable on C.O.D. order is non refundable.
EXCHANGE:-
If you wish to exchange the product purchased, then you can opt for a product of similar value.
If you wish to purchase a product which is at a higher value, then we will share a payment link with you where you need to pay the difference to claim the new product.
In case you wish to purchase a product of lower value, we will initiate a refund for the difference amount.
